Quick Highlights


  • Customs, duties & taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.

  • 30 days to request a return.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase. Some collections are excluded from the return policy

  • 5% restocking fee applies to “changed mind” returns.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Customer pays return shipping unless otherwise agreed.

  • Non-returnable: custom orders, gift cards, sale items, or used/damaged items.

Responsibility for Customs, Duties & Import Fees

All international orders may be subject to customs fees, import
duties, or taxes once they arrive in the destination country. These
charges are the responsibility of the buyer.


  • It is the customer’s responsibility to check their country’s import regulations and fees before placing an order.

  • If a package is refused at customs due to unpaid fees, and it is not returned to us in resellable condition, no refund will be issued.

  • If the package is returned to us, the refund will be processed in accordance with the conditions outlined below.

Returns & Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:


  • The item must be in the same condition you received it: unused, unworn, with all original tags and packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

  • A formal return request must be submitted in advance to: herscheidsheadbangers@gmail.com.

Items sent back without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Restocking Fee & Costs

For returns where the customer has simply changed their mind:


  • A 5% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing before the return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:


  • Custom or personalized orders

  • Gift cards

  • Sale / clearance items (final sale)

  • Items not in their original condition (damaged, missing parts, signs of use)

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at herscheidsheadbangers@gmail.com with photos. We will work with you to resolve the issue quickly, either with a replacement or refund.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.


  • If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

  • If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at herscheidsheadbangers@gmail.com.

Refunds will be processed in accordance with our policies regarding restocking fees, non-refundable shipping costs, and customs responsibilities as described above.
