At Herscheid & the Headbangers: Yamaha MQ 802 with Direct Outs on all channels in Very Good condition!

We added the direct out to each individual channel with great care, post EQ and post fader to get even more flexibility out of this already great tool. While we were there we made sure that every pot, slider, selector, input and output worked perfectly. The added functionalities have been marked with an erasable marker, should you decide that you don't want to see them. This is just an amazing mixer with the Tamura tranformers, cut-boost 4 band EQ, Echo (Any effects you'd like) send in 4dB / -20dB and fold back channel.

We could go on for a while, but the Operating manual for the MQ series is very well made with a lot of explanation and examples.

We did some normal maintenance while installing the direct outs like changing all the filter capacitors in the DC C, DH C and LA C boards in respect to the vintage aspect of the mixer.

All the original knobs are on the mixer, no replacements. The overall cosmetic condition of the unit is good - very good : no major scratch, but the wood side panels show signs of use. The working condition of the mixer is excellent. Every component have been tested.

It is also very quiet for an older unit. No noticeable hiss in the mixer with the channels adjusted in the optimal configuration which makes it a great choice for a professional environment!
