At Herscheid & the Headbangers: Yamaha PM-210 in excellent condition with direct out mod.
Originally introduced in the late ’70s/early ’80s, the PM-210 was part of Yamaha’s pioneering PM series — compact professional mixers built for live sound, broadcast, and recording applications. Ruggedly constructed, straightforward, and musical, the PM-210 offers the classic Yamaha analog sound in a portable format.
Every capacitor in the mixer has been replaced with high-quality Nichicon components for stability and long-term reliability (same brand as originally installed — Made in Japan). All pots and faders have been cleaned and lubricated — smooth operation with no scratchiness. On top of that, the mixer has been professionally modified with direct outputs on each channel, giving you far greater flexibility.
Features:
- 8 input channels with individual mic attenuation switches (-20, -40, -50 dB)
- High & Low EQ controls on every channel
- Program outputs A & B for flexible routing
- Spring reverb tank built-in
- Reverb/Monitor signal send on each channel
- Master reverb/echo send for integrating any external effect
- Monitor out & Aux out for additional routing options
- Echo send/receive for external effects integration
- High-pass and low-pass filters on the main program bus for tonal shaping
- Direct outs on each channel (mod)
- Fully recapped with premium low ESR Nichicon capacitors
- Clean, smooth pots and faders with quiet operation
